on june 17, 2010 kody’s fund, a charitable initiative of earthdog, will host rock n’ roll for pup control, a live music event to support new leash on life.  the event will feature live music from jonell mosser, mike younger and ben cyllus.  100% of the proceeds from the benefit will be donated to new leash on life and its spay and neuter programs that serve thousands each year for free or at low-cost.  there is a fundraising need now more than ever as new leash's biggest fundraiser for the year, bark in the park, was scheduled for may 1 which was the flood weekend.  in addition, most of the spay station's surgical supplies were lost in the flood waters.

new leash on life is a 32 year old, well-respected not-for-profit animal welfare agency that provides services to thousands of animals each year.  their no-kill pet adoption center is one of the largest in the middle tennessee area, and their comprehensive spay/neuter programs have spayed and neutered nearly 60,000 animals for free or at low-cost.  if these pets or their offspring were allowed to produce two litters each, nearly 500,000 unwanted pets could have been born.  by preventing the births of unwanted animals, new leash is saving lives through prevention.  your participation will help continue the important life saving work of new leash on life.

kody’s fund is a non-profit organization set up to fund spay & neuter programs and receives 10% of all earthdog profits.
